RAW Cement Truck Rolls Over 7/31/07

A cement truck trying to aviod another car rolled over Tuesday morning along Route 104 just outside of Oswego The truck wound up in a deep ditch on the side of the highway It took six hours to get the truck out of the ditch the cement mixer remains
