When car owners hand over their keys to a valet they expect their cars to be treated with care But at one St Louis hotel that was not the case Caught on tape and posted on YouTube a valet is seen having a heyday with vehicles spinning out and making maneuvers around an underground parking garage at the Hyatt hotel
